写在2011年初，新年已过两星期，此帖要带出信息以下数个（可能会以几个帖的形式来呈现）：
1）新年之EngHong目标2011
2）马来股市一直再破新高-探讨
3）马之经济动态，繁华之内的黑暗面

一直以来没有否定我是这个马的一份子，所以这个马的动态以及经济面是我看清社会的唯一线索，撇开政治因素不说，因为这个马在这方面一直停留在第三世界，比邻国新加坡的四份之一还不如。这个马是否能留下我们这新一代知识年轻人，还是得看国民经济能力以及国民生活水准，因为政治上我们花人是没有‘话语权’的！

政治与经济的关系在这匹马内是互相‘纠结’的一个错综复杂的关系，此帖是让人尤其是一些没有留意社会经济民生课题的年轻人稍微了解自身处在什么样的环境！

我们说说这个马股，载至今天17/1/2011，马股站在1574.49点。
在2010年，马股在十一月中已创新高1530+点，具体日期以及点数已经忘记，应为我对这些数目字麻木的程度就像马来友族吃nasi lemak的程度一样，已经boh rasa。
没错，股市是创新高而且是刷新2008年金融海啸前的巅峰，可这个数字是一个什么概念，您懂吗？
不懂，没关系，因为它正的和你没关系，而且也无所谓。

股市指数的指数基本是由一组上市公司组成的，每间公司所占有的成分不同，通常是透过该上市公司的市值而影响占据指数上的成分。简单而言，一间包括在综合指数内的上市公司，一旦人们对它的市值有所改变，直接的影响就会显露在综合指数上。如果股民觉得这些指数内的公司是值得1500点，那就是1500点。
可是啊，以上只是个‘概念’‘concept’。因为市场还有一面是‘人为因素’，市场所看的可能是被某某人所操控，我们能看得只是个虚假的表面。这得说个故事~

忘了从何时起，应该是06年之后，确实时间忘了，马股综合指数从100家上市公司变成30家上市公司组成。也就是说，在大马上市的一千家公司，只有30家市值最大的能够成为指数成分股。也是说，改变制度以前，马股综合指数是由10%的大马上市企业组成，改革后综合指数只代表所有马股上市公司的3%。这个指数比较改革前，更加不能显示大马的经济，综合指数多了更加容易被操控的机会，这是因为从前要操控就必须操控100家，现在就只有30家。
你可能听说过，街道上的人们喊话：这个股市牛的不行，可是为什么我就是没有感觉经济有好转呢，这年难过啊。

这马目前的经济，2个宏观数据：
1）2010 GDP 成长率 6% 左右
2）CPI 增加 3% 左右

去年自己做的金融assignment是研究，分析，以及总结这马2010年推出New Economic Model 还有 10th Malaysia Plan。这马必须每年GDP成长6%直到2020年我们才能进入高收入国家。个人觉得这还不足够，因为这还没有加上通货膨胀的担子，扣除这个名为3%左右的膨胀率，我们就只有3%真实的成长。
好开心哦，竟然在国际金融局势日趋不稳定的年头还有这个3%，哈哈。
真傻啊，你会相信这个通膨只有个每年3%吗？那工资呢，每年有给你加个3%吗？
别傻，别被这个消费者物价指数瞒了你。4年前，kopitiam一碗面在雪隆区平均3.5块钱。现在还有没有那么好康，朋友说现在袋子里没有10块钱都不能出去吃一顿。5块一碗面，两块半一杯MILO饮料，最后剩下RM2.5给你一包面纸还要给交通费回家。

以前，一个家只需要爸妈其中一位在外就行了，现在你啊年轻的却需要2个成员在外，孩子还要给爹娘看顾。还有几多的年轻人必须或者说被逼与双亲居住，能有几位能像以前出来自己成家立室，不是完全没有，不过是少之又少。

CPI指数内所有统计之东西，您又是否有确实的购买？比如：钢铁，红砖这类

普通人就是衣食住行，食应排在前，一个人每天3餐是必须的，菜市场的蔬菜，鸡肉，猪肉，大蒜，葱，这些的涨幅才是首选以及第一关注的。
行，就是指交通。不要问，不要说，一切尽在不言中。这马的交通系统你是有目共‘堵’的。每天堵车没关系，汽油价格年年起也没关系，汽车保险又起，公共巴士和的士又起，是工资没起。
到最后你能相信CPI吗？这些最普通常用的你会发现都起，还有服务税，消费税一箩箩。不信问问街上的人或者亲戚朋友，他可能回答：不要问，不要说，一切尽在不言中。
到最后，你会发觉还是米价，糖价，油价，菜价，肉价会跟你说老实话。

2010 Performance Evaluation

哇，今年是第一次正式做出这个evaluation review(年终报告)。

首先有包括personal development类的，wish list 完成率啦，还有这个今年才被我发现有着浓厚兴趣的share market performance. 有些目标是在年头已经定了下来的，有些则是年中忽然醒悟觉得要定下的。

3个中我先讲个人的development，无他的，因为人的一生就是在不断变化中打转。记得我说过，地球是一直不断转动，不会因为你的蹉跎而放慢脚步等埋你上车。

今年年头还是打工仔的我真是过着很枯燥乏味的上班生活，不知是这一行饭不适合我还是我个人问题。其一，这一行至少不是大马行业的主流，而且摆在我前公司的将来也必定不是一条康庄大道。其二，公司内部结构完全腐败，执行能力较弱，双重标准等，是我觉得很大的一个因素。其三，个人对生活的态度有所改变，觉得不能再浪费我短暂而宝贵的人生光阴（自觉生命不会太长久，当中包含种种因素）
*总觉得我不是活到80岁命的人,所以我是有机会就会去做的人，免得下了地狱后悔=D

以上种种原因，再加上年头一些事情的变化，使我茫然辞退我的工作岗位，重回书乡报读泰莱大学以及南澳洲大学联办的应用金融学士学位。今年第二年^^

学期当中竟然胆粗粗的与刚认识的大学朋友参加了MoneyTree Yes3 Challenge（企业家训练营），哈哈。胆生毛有听过了吧!? 当中最欣幸的是能够认识一帮志气相投的朋友，还有最宝贵的知识以及某种程度的体验。

至于这个wish list 嘛，写在这篇文字前翻看了一些年头定下的target，成绩竟然还不错，搞得我有些自满了啦！Paiseh XD
Wish list 中有以下：
1）Eyesphone一部，达成
2）Laptop一部，未达成
3）车子一部，达成
4）相机一架，未达成
5）投资组合25%成长率，达成一半左右
6）电脑-零件更新，达成
7）创立，设计，管理自己的论坛-已经创立中
8）知己伴侣-呃，这个今年很多问题，随缘啦

上面2跟4，个人觉得有了Eyesphone呢基本上这已经解决了，所以就没有想要达成的啦。第5呢，新手入市是今年的7月尾，能达成一半左右可以算是低空飞过门揽了吗？第7项，是关于我心目中的一个伟大蓝图，目前刚刚创立，还有很多方面要改进以成为我心中的那个伟大蓝图！哇，至于这个第8，其实我真的不敢去想啦，今年的事还历历在目，发发白日梦总算还可以。
题外话：最近，朋友说他没有女友是因为不知可以给她什么，这位朋友是个好人，因为家庭经济不是很好，听了我替他心酸也替自己酸。家里经济也不是比他好很多，自己也不知道可以给另一半什么，只好打算用人生中的第一个十年来换取所有可以令彼此感情安稳的东西，可能是钱，是事业，是成熟，或者安全感吧。。。哈哈，uncle讲故事了，不好意思呢><

当当当当，今年的牛市当道，大家可有收获？
哈哈，没错你可能没有，不过我相信您的父母亲戚总会有吧。关于这里呢，对于投资者来说年尾做一个performance review其实是一定的，有者甚则会搞个half year review,甚则quarterly review！为什么这个重要呢，因为我觉得绝大部分的投资者都是理性的，至少生活上是XD. 理由就好像我们的孩子求学了，到底一年里他有什么改变吗，有进步吗是一样的。到底这个孩子会是整一千名学生中的人中之龙还是一条虫呢，就是要贴近他，看看他才能了解的。当然，投机客的话，我不肯定，不过投机客大部分注重趋势技术多于基本面吧。

很奇怪，今天经过一个不熟悉的部落格，看了几篇文章。
平时的话，应该没什么特别吧，可是感觉很不同，从她的文章看来（可能不是她写的）内心竟会被文章内容牵动。
牵动的不是什么内心的东西，只是她文字内的感情流动。

又可能是她Blog内的歌吧，唱到情绪都给她低落啦，应该唱的那个是丁当吧。(丁当唱的我爱他也是这种呐)后面几首又几ok喔，真是玩晒。

嗨，已经很久没打字了，真的很懒很懒，尤其是今年年头开始已经从以前的一个月两遍--->几个月1次。

这星期Taylor's要开学了，我准要准备准备，就多打点电脑操作我的手指还有打字速度吧XD

还记得交上支票那天的数字，RM10140 payable to Taylor College Sdn Bhd，就似天上的星一样多。希望是值得的啦><

不是我就亏大了，一张University of South Australia的文凭，数张澳洲CPA资格的paper有的免除。好在我有信心可以CGPA3.3以上，应该将来毕业金融公司会聘请吧。两年in Taylor's ，Eng Hong 我是得嘠！opps, sorry~ show over confident here XP

I only care about my own feeling and not my fren..
I always said i am understandable, and im not

1st of all,give me a diploma cert with atleast pass with merit(atleast with cgpa 3.5)
2nd I want a healthy year,dont know why since the CNY I didnt feel right always sick this sick that..
3rd I want new fren..I know i could know plenty of new fren if I want, but i was just too shy..dont laugh,this is very common for a cute guy ma,haha.
4rd I want a job after my diploma with atleast 1500 above, I am talented one la so please offer me atleast that salary or above la if any bosses or HR manager saw this blog,haha(must be dreaming)
5rd I want a new house or maybe a new room,somewhere which only belong to me and no one shall enter without my permission!
6rd I wish all my fren happy ever and stay healthy, less problem in their life..i love all of them!

My blog being abandoned again

Recent life are too busy and currently using alot of time to worry which path shud i choose after my graduation from college. Shud i work or continue study,take degree or advance?take back the same course as in diploma or a relevant one, I dont know.
Plenty of question flash in the mind and it will never stop before i could decided to choose one.
Say sorry to my blog and my blog viewer coz i really seldom blogging,hopefully after middle of April i will free and continue to push my blog up to date.

I tell you,this is wat im feel and i wanna shout after the competition..
It was out of my expectation,no doubt i still the best, handsome, cool, most valuable player during the whole competition..but i lose, i lose to team work,why people can win us?
So stupid when i think back, why dont at the begining i tell my team member it wont work if them playing tat way...
I lose, i was totally fall into the deep big black hole, it suck me dry...i was lost my confidence
Immediately after the match, i pull out my jersey and throw it, i was naked with my pant still hanging on my lower body..
My targer is atleast SEMI-FINAL, not to only win one game during the contest!
Dont blame my teammate,dont blame my teammate...i try to convince myself but why?im the only player in the team who was outstanding perform!While my teammate was foul and foul against the opponent, free shot was given to the opponent, alot turnover by my teammate,i score 2 out of the 3 point we had,the match before i score 6 out of 10 we had...
Im only desparate to win! Not to be a loser in my life! Yet i am for only this time!

Soon,college will start again. During semester break,many happened.
Overall was good and mixed up with some worst.Mind was confuse and heart was closed.
I found difficult open heart,i cease my sense and listen to my soul. Wat people looking for in their life?

Back to real life,next month the 3 x 3 competition start,its my first time to participate as a coach. Damn worry will fail my 1st task or not,the competition is open to under 16,but my player was only 14 y old. It would be a tough task. On going,it is the 3rd week of my second last semester in college. Hope i can continue my college life leh,i dont want be adult so fast..>.<"

This is my class,we are a group of 30ppl! Lecturer was in between us!go find him!

Rite B4 Friday Trip

Today thursday,somehow i didnt get prepare my swim wear and my carriage. Im thinking to get 1 long swim trunk,but it not available at the shop around,then how?i dont know....so i write this b4 friday,predict that i couldnt join the swim part lo.

Tomolo 8.30am bus i take from Kampar,reach KL about 10.30am...we still have 3 hour take lunch togather,chitchat,because long time i never meet them.}

我没时间啊，读书读书再不是就教打波，少少剩才是自己的。

Basketball seminar programe with Perak head coach,Fat Gor(Goh Cheng Huat)

Yes!! Finally finished the training programme of basketball.

First of all, i must thanks to Ming Gor effort to organise this programme for us to enhance my knowledge of basketball...

Next, to all the participants for their participation, most of us do a great job!

Last, but not least, we must thank to "Fat Gor", who teach us, coach us, and tell us about how to be a good trainer and both player! We really appreiate it alot!

Friday, 18th July 2008 5:30PM

First day of the seminar, that was one tiny kancil parking outside, suprisingly one man with a tall and muscular body shape stand out from the small tiny kancil. "OMG, how come, no way" this is what im think during that moment. (Haha, seriously last time my coach in pj also driving a kancil only. Are they restrict to only drive kancil?haha!)

So, he came early about 10minit, usually i only see him on the news but this time can see him in real. He was tall for his age, fit(he didnt seem have a"spare tyre"), and also quite handsome at his age.

Then we started the seminar, he gave us some handouts and briefly explain through and we have some pratical also on the strecthing :)

There was about 40+ppl sitting on the floor and sleep on the floor while doing strecthing, how funny that is..like we never sleep on the basketball court be4.

Next, Fat Gor briefly explain the handout...although the atmosphere was quite boring for some person, but i really feel interested with it. Until 9pm sumthing, we dismissed...many clap their hand, and say softly:"yes,finally its over." Haha.

Saturday, 19th July 2008 8.30am

Normally saturday will b my off day..

however, the seminar was 3 days long,so how?

Go lo,if not have to pay rm30 leh. Seminar start at 9am leh,wanna eat before go one...
Somehow that day i didnt take my breakfast and i can still training for 3 hours, wonder what drive me to do so..

Ok, this day was more interesting, Fat Gor start teach us about the fundamental of basketball, and teach us some drill for shooting, rebound and also fastbreak.
Once past by 12pm, we were so thankful for finally let us had 2 hour break in between the next training secsion.

Saturday, the same date 2.00pm

After finished eat and buying gift for a friend, we gonna back to train again.

This time Fat Gor teach us about the screen, passing, dribbling, pivot, and also boxout.

I was exhausted, so serious the training, once you cannot get the ball you will b punished and do push up.
Time was 6pm and we finally can back home, then those who have question stayed and ask Fat Gor. I am 1 of them. And yes that saturday trainee number drop to 30+ only..See?

Lol, that day was not ended like that, talk back the gift, that nite my friend want to give another friend a suprise, so that nite we gather togather and bring out the cake and gift while the birthday gal busy doing other stuff.. We play cream, lepak, and take photo and also play some card game(loser 2 have to finish one biscuit!that mean they will kiss each other in the end). Haha,now i know Bufulo and Wei Ming was so char and late respond, they are the 2loser.

Again, 9am again... Really can sleep a whole day after the tiring training, 2 days of standing all d time ma..

This time Fat Gor teach us something more advance, the defense and offense position, strategies and drill.

They are denial, triangle, and slide for defense positon. The drill is the shell drill.

Strategies use are zone 2-3 or 3-2 for half court. Fullcourt zone and man defense we have 2-2-1, 1-2-1-1, and lightning(mad dog).

Offense we have zone red, 5out, and yellow. If your oppenent are using man defense we can play away, flex and i think red also good enough. For junk defense we try use red to spit thier defense.

Inbound sideline we use square and wheel to make opponent defense overload.
Baseline inbound we have box ,zone and also line.

Thats all for the seminar, i was so lucky to be choosen to demonstrate the play. For me to be a manager of a team or coach, this help me more understand the drill and play.

Brfore start doing my long post blogging about the basketball, i would like to say more about others..
sometime for some people i really feel pity and depress of them..because they are great, too good personality, but yet they couldnt be togather with the one they like, normally they will leave you a sentence ''i know you are good and you treat me so nice, but the fact is i cannot b with you, b your girlfriend''..im not talking about myself, im looked into my friends, especially guy...wonder why some guy can change gf like stock exchange in the share market like that, dont they think about what they really want in their mind b4 that?

Eventually,i had converted my FAT32 computer harddisk system into NTFS harddisk system.
Wo,thats mean finally i can do file sharing by my pc already,haha..last time actually until now i also an IT sux person,so i feel damn geng already coz i can put my command and converted myself without any helping hand from other.

So,now i in the last day of the 4th week of my semester 1 in my college...starting next monday will be my 5th week d,so fast leh...it was just like yesterday memorise,from the 1stday i reach to skol,and now i bcome the senior and 1 year older...haha,but still good enuf becoz i born on November,so now i still consider as 18 and a half years old^^,lebih kurang to 18 la,not so bad,haha..

Recently i changed alot,friends dont ask me why...during presentation,i was no nervous at all,not like b4. Even u call me do impromtu speech also, i can handle well...start to read Eng Newspaper,speak more in Eng than b4, sleep late at nite, activity get more, alwayz invite by sales person call me to join them also..many many etc..But 1thing remain constant was my coursework mark,why almost all remain the same old 20% mark only,it is very hard for us to score in final exam 1...so stress is also growing much more heavy on me..

After this post i dont know when i will blog again,mayb very longtime only blog once,next friday i have an individual presentation and the next week have test..haiz,if life dont have exam,how good it will be,haha..

In conclude,wish i could do more improve in my eng,becoz i found it really important in doing business..so my sincere friends, pls really think about ur future and dont chin chai chin chai anymore,then ur life will be so chinchai until u 1 day u regret also useless..last,wish munjun have a good presentation also this week,haha(his eng is even worst than me)..

Last saturday,promise someone to go for this "Roxy Summer Splash" event...

So,i was going eventhough i have to take the most early bus back to KL and then change transport to LRT only i can meet with them..btw inside the LRT i saw many teenager,and they are so many,i know they will going for this event too,that time i regret d,haha..but then,i predict that event will full of ppl especially hot girl also,haha...for this reason,i think most of the guy also will go,isnt it?

Wow,reach there i cannot guess how many ppl are there,and becoz we are so near to the entrance,we dont line up also,i think that time we are the first 1000 ppl who enter.Aiz,but so sui(unfortune) becoz of munjun(he keep let other ppl go in 1st),we have to wait for him,then there was no roxy goodies anymore!geram that time,we are the 1st 1000 ppl but cannot get the damn it roxy goods,u know how much the beg worth for? It was like rm120++!! the slipper rm89 plus the plastic beg rm19 and other stuff togather was atleast rm120++!

The previous is not the important part,the most important part was the ppl keep pushing from behind,and u know..the guy rite,they have their itchy hand,and they touch MY Girls! I was like stunned,also becoz at same time a girl was sexual harras me,omg i sweating that time=.="..I know what i hate the most,i hate those ppl take advantages when the situation is like this,so i called them to follow tight...it is useless i know,so wat to do?if i catch that felo,i will definetly give him a PUNCH...Oh My lord,Jesus,pls forgive me...so for the girl who touched me,i will give her my number and give her some consultant,haha...but i didnt do that

That day we go in was 12noon,and we went back was 3.30pm,aiz who know there was a fighting at the entrance and it make us out of there 2hour later,which mean like 5.30pm baru we escape from sunway.
